The Skilled Workers Immigration Act (Fachkräfteeinwanderungsgesetz, FEG) also introduced the so-called accelerated procedure for skilled workers pursuant to Section 81a of the Residence Act (AufenthG).
This procedure is intended to help qualified skilled workers from abroad to enter and work in Germany more quickly. Employers in Germany with a concrete job offer can apply for the accelerated procedure on behalf of the skilled worker living abroad at the foreigners authority of the place of employment.
The foreigners authority acts as the central procedural intermediary vis-à-vis the Federal Employment Agency, the recognition offices and the German mission abroad.
In the course of a detailed counselling interview, the documents required for the procedure are clarified.
The counselling fee is 411.00 EUR
