COOK (m/f/d), 83242 Reit im Winkl, full-time

Your responsibilities:

• Preparation of German and especially Bavarian cuisine dishes!
• Preparation of signature dishes, following techniques and recipes for their preparation
• Storage of products in specially equipped rooms in accordance with hygiene requirements
• Proper use of kitchen equipment

Your profile:

• Secondary and/or higher education in the specialty “Cook,” “Food Technology Specialist”
• Language skills: knowledge of German and/or English (level A2) – preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in the kitchen, experience in a hotel kitchen – preferred!
• Knowledge of quality and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Ability to learn quickly, adaptability to new situations
• Ability to work at a fast pace and under stressful conditions

Start of work: immediately

Type of employment: permanent contract

Work schedule: 5-day workweek, 2 floating days off, shift divided into 2 parts from 12:00 to  14:00 and then from 17:00 to 21:00

Monthly salary: from 3000€ gross per month
