SPA HOTEL AT A THERMAL RESORT IN BAD ORB IS LOOKING FOR A UNIVERSAL COOK!
A position for a Universal Cook is open at a well-known spa complex in the thermal resort city of 63619 Bad Orb (100 km from Frankfurt am Main, Germany). Responsibilities:
- Working in the hotel kitchen as well as in the restaurant within the spa complex (work shifts alternate)
- Preparing dishes according to the establishment’s standards, maintaining cooking technology and recipes
- Storing products in specially equipped rooms according to sanitary and hygiene regulations
- Correct use of kitchen equipment
Requirements:
- Completed secondary and/or higher education in “Cook” or “Food Technology Specialist”
- Proficiency in German and/or English (A2) will be an advantage
- At least 3 years of experience working in a kitchen; experience in a large hotel kitchen is a plus!
- Skills in maintaining quality and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Quick learning ability, adaptability to new situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment
