GERMAN CUISINE RESTAURANT IN THE CENTER OF KASSEL IS LOOKING FOR A UNIVERSAL COOK!
An experienced Universal Cook is needed for a family restaurant specializing in traditional German cuisine in the city of Kassel. Responsibilities:
- Preparing dishes according to the restaurant’s standards, maintaining cooking technology and recipes
- Adhering to all sanitary and hygiene regulations
- Correct use of kitchen equipment
- Developing new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand
Requirements:
- Completed secondary and/or higher education in “Cook” or “Food Technology Specialist”
- Proficiency in German and/or English (A2) will be an advantage
- At least 3 years of experience working in a kitchen
- Skills in maintaining quality and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Quick learning ability, adaptability to new situations
- Most importantly – you are passionate about your work and inspire the team with your energy 🙂
