Official salary: from €2500 gross
Living conditions: Accommodation is provided (650 euros/month)
Official direct employment contract with the employer
Responsibilities:
- Check-in/check-out of hotel guests
- Managing and handling room reservations online and by phone
- Providing information support to hotel guests and customers
- Handling cash transactions
- Managing daily correspondence with customers and contractors
Requirements:
- Ability to organize workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- German and English language skills at least at B2 level are required!
- Customer orientation
- Flexibility in work
- Ability to work in a team
- Well-groomed appearance
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
