This option is available as part of the "Participation in the labor market" (Teilhabe am Arbeitsmarkt) program.
Who is the coaching program from the job center in Germany created for?
Participants aged 25 to 65 can receive free qualified support during group or individual training sessions.
Your schedule is not a problem for coaching from the Jobcentre
Two communication formats have been developed - offline or online. You can conveniently build such training into your schedule. In addition, each participant receives a laptop for use during coaching. All you need is stable Internet access if you want to take coaching online.
What are the functions of coaching from the Job Center in Germany?
Coaches provide the necessary support in matters of integration into German society, as well as help with access to the labor market. Very often, the program employs trainers who themselves once moved to Germany and went through the integration process from scratch, so they understand your situation well.
What does the standard coaching program from the Jobcentre contain
Coaching is designed for an average of 15 hours for 7 days, which is a total of 10 weeks.
Meetings include the following topics for discussion:

- translation and confirmation of your diploma in Germany
- work with experience, but without a diploma about the world
- the insufficient level of German that you want to work on

How to use the coaching service from the Jobcentre
In order to become a coaching participant, you need to get approval from the employment center.
All persons registered in the Job Center can apply for approval. Applicants may be subject to certain conditions that must be met or certain documents must be provided. If your request for participation in coaching is approved, the region of activation, your goal as a participant in educational activities and the period of validity of coaching will be indicated there.
